Now that my fashion design class has ended I've been able to just have fun sketching without having to follow any guidelines for projects. Here's the sketches I've done since the class ended. This ones my favorite of the three. You can just ignore my scribbles... :)
You can't really see the details on this, because of the poor quality of my photo booth picture, but just imagine lots of little squares of fabric at the bottom, and outlining the top of the bust.
The red on the right breast and on the hips is pleated.

Maroon 5 came out with their new remix album, Call and Response, last Tuesday and after previewing it I think I like pretty much every song. Remixes include songs from both of their main albums. Everyone from Of Montreal to Pharell remixed a song for this, so there's an eclectic mix of sounds that somehow all mesh together to create a great remix album. You can see below who did each song.

For this project, the assignment was to choose a children's book as inspiration for a collection of four futuristic looks. I chose the book Morning is a Little Child, which features illustration's of children in early 1900's fashions. The book reminded me of antique baby dolls, which reminded me of Betsey Johnson, so I also got a lot of inspiration from those two things. I'm not sure how futuristic my designs are, but I got an A on the project so it's all good with me!

Here are some sketches I did for my fashion design class. Please keep in mind this is the first fashion design class I've ever taken, and I don't claim to be good at it or drawing! Haha. . .here they are:
Yes, I know this one look like Samara from The Ring. I guess I got a little crazy with the "wind in hair" effect I was going for.
